COVID-19: Pandemic lockdown decision was delayed to bring down Cong govt in MP in 2020, claims Jairam Ramesh

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh alleged that the COVID-19 lockdown was delayed to topple the Kamal Nath government in Madhya Pradesh.
