Cyclone Tauktae to hand over the baton to storm Yas shortly, goal post changes to the Bay of Bengal

Close on the heels of cyclone Tauktae, another cyclonic storm is likely in the Indian Seas. However the action this time shifts to the Bay of Bengal where cyclone Yas, named by Oman, is likely to form just before the onset of monsoon over mainland Kerala.
