The city of Davis is continuing to expand its COVID-19 testing program.
It's increasing its testing capacity by using the new saliva test pioneered by UC Davis. The test involves spitting into a tube, which brings faster results. The university and City of Davis teamed up for a collaboration called Health Davis Together to make it available to Davis residents. The saliva testing will be expanded to senior care facilities throughout Yolo County.
