Local businessman Andrew Beaumont (left) and his sister Kathryn Lee (right) has leased a section of the Promenade from the local council to set up Blackpool Deckchairs which will rent up to 500 chairs and windbreaks to tourists each day.
After a 10 year absence, the iconic red and white striped deckchairs synonymous with British holidays will be making a welcome return to a Lancashire town this summer.
After seeing the potential in a summer of staycayion holidays, businessman Andrew Beaumont, has leased a section of Blackpool's Promenade from Blackpool Council to operate his deckchair business.
Mr Beaumont and his family will be runing their business of 500 deckchairs and windbreaks from the section of the Promenade between Central Pier and the RNLI station.
