Defense Minister chairs tree planting festival

PANO - On February 17, at the construction site of the Vietnam Military History Museum, the Ministry of National Defense launched a tree planting festival on the occasion of the lunar New Year (Tet) 2024. Defense Minister General Phan Van Giang chaired the event.
