Delphos man headed to prison for sexual conduct with minor

Andrew Graham, 25, of Delphos, was sentenced Monday to 18 months in prison for engaging in unlawful sexual conduct with a 14-year-old girl. Graham was convicted on a similar charge in Van Wert County in 2014.

LIMA — A 25-year-old Delphos man with a history of unlawful sexual activity with a minor was sentenced Monday to 18 months in prison.
According to prosecutors, Andrew Graham engaged in sexual conduct last June with a 14-year-old girl. The Delphos man was indicted by a grand jury on a third-degree felony but through plea negotiations bargained the crime down to a fourth-degree felony.
