ROCHESTER, Minn. - A new residential complex may be on its way to Northeast Rochester.
Joseph Development is readying a plan to build a three-story residential complex that would bring 66 units of family workforce housing to a vacant lot near Century High School. The property is located at 2235 26th Street NE, neighboring a Kwik Trip.
A representative of the developer says it has not yet submitted formal plans to the City of Rochester, however a "potential timeline" offered to area residents states it could begin construction in August of 2021, and complete construction by July of 2022.
