(Dilworth, MN) -- Residents of the city of Dilworth are making suggestions for proposed improvements to Highway Ten. Apex Engineering Group held a meeting to hear ideas Thursday. Apex is conducting a study of the area between 34th Street North and 60th Street North. Some suggestions included changing snow removal procedures, the need for turn lanes, and safety improvements.
