District consumer court asks BMW India to pay Chandigarh man `1.15L for repair

Chandigarh resident Vinay Kumar Hari said in his complaint that he bought BMW 520 series. However, he had to regularly visit the authorised dealership for the purpose of maintenance and regular services.
