Dover Enters Into Agreement To Acquire FW Murphy

On Wednesday, Dover Corporation (DOV) revealed that it has agreed to acquire FW Murphy Production Controls, LLC, a subsidiary of Genisys Controls LLC, for $530 million in cash.
