A driver who crashed into a parked car and fled in Watford has been ordered to pay hundreds of pounds.
Lacey Gibson had been driving her Ford Fiesta in Newhouse Crescent when she collided with a stationary car, which then hit another vehicle beside it.
The 21-year-old from Watford then fled before later being tracked down by police.
She appeared at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on Friday, May 14, where she pleaded guilty to failing to stop after a road accident.
The court heard how officers were called to Newhouse Crescent on November 14 last year following reports of a crash.
On arrival, police found three vehicles had been involved, including the Ford Fiesta belonging to Gibson, a Hyundai and a Kia.
