EC taxi driver arrested for allegedly knocking down and killing 14-year-old boy on a bike

A taxi driver has been arrested by the police in Gqeberha after allegedly knocking down a 14-year-old cyclist and killing him at the Van Den Kemp Kloof bridge on Stanford Road on Election Day.
