Principal Kevin Dougherty could get up to $400G after leaving Elmont Memorial High School

A 25-page separation agreement obtained by Newsday shows the principal will get his $207,816.84 salary and additional bonuses worth a potential $203,908.50 through next school year, but fails to explain why the district sought his resignation.
