Downtown Midland invites people of all ages to embrace the season with some socially-distanced outdoor fun during Downtown Winter Fest.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 27 and will include live music, games made out of ice, picnic tables with heaters to eat al fresco, and heating elements to help attendees warm up from the cold.
The event’s live music line-up includes performances by Shawn LaMere from 1 to 3 p.m. and Empty Pockets from 5 to 7 p.m. Both performances will be held inside the NU Idea Center on the corner of Main and Rodd streets, with room for up to 20 guests indoors at one time. An outdoor speaker system will be provided for other guests to enjoy the live from outside the building.
