Energy firms commit $400M investment in Broad Reach Power acquisition deal

Apollo and EnCap Energy Transition Fund I announced that funds managed by Apollo affiliates have agreed to acquire a 50% stake in Houston-based Broad Reach Power LLC, a utility-scale energy storage and renewable energy platform.
