'Everyone's passing the buck' – Fianna Fáil MEP calls on Central Bank and consumer watchdog to probe lack of competition in sector

The consumer protection commission and the Central Bank should investigate the low levels of competition in banking in Ireland, according to Billy Kelleher, a Fianna Fáil MEP.
