Ex-anti-gang cop in Modack trial intends to inquire why he should not be released

Former Anti-Gang Unit member Ashley Tabisher is fed up with waiting to go on trial after more than two years in the slammer and might invoke his right to an inquiry into whether he can be released until the trial starts.
