Family planning uptake low, clinic attendance up -govt
FEW Tanzanian women embrace modern methods of family planning but more expectant mothers attend clinics, latest statistics show.

Minister for Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children Dorothy Gwajima, told the National Assembly here yesterday that despite enhanced availability of family planning supplies, uptake remained low between July 2020 and March 2021.
On the other hand, more pregnant women trooped to clinics all over to attend clinics as recommended in the same period, she said.
