The high court on Friday listed the matter for further hearing on March 4.
The 25-year-old farmer, who died after his tractor overturned during the protesting farmers’ tractor rally on Republic Day, did not suffer any gunshot wounds, the police of Delhi and Uttar Pradesh have told the Delhi High Court.
