Feds: Whitmer kidnapping plotter deserves a break

In court documents filed Wednesday, federal prosecutors recommended a 9-year sentence for Ty Garbin -- the only person to plead guilty in a plot to kidnap and kill Gov. Gretchen Whitmer last October.
