Craig S. Allen, a 65-year-old man from Onalaska, Wisconsin, has been arrested for felony fifth-offense drunk driving. Police responded to a disturbance at an Onalaska residence where Allen's girlfriend had gotten into an argument with him. Allen was observed driving on Highway 35 and pulled into a parking lot where he was stopped by police.
