Figures show Cape Breton University's growth far exceeds other Atlantic institutions

Cape Breton University now has more than 9,100 students, with about 77 per cent of those coming from overseas. That's an increase of about 2,000 over last year, but officials say they have a plan to reduce the numbers to more manageable levels.
