Future classes to be presented included an analysis of town bylaws, the Highway Traffic Act, the Liquor Control Act and the Criminal Code.
Local lawyers were recruited to give lectures on the proper methods of gathering and presenting evidence in police court. The chief asked the police board if it would be possible to acquire a blackboard for the school, as that bit of equipment would be very helpful when teaching things like traffic law – “this method he felt is the most satisfactory way of teaching the many phases of this subject.”
