Two people were displaced and a man in his 50s was taken to hospital with burns to his hands after a fire in an Overbrook townhouse on Tuesday.
Ottawa Fire Services received multiple 911 calls reporting smoke and flames from an upper-floor window at the home on Presland Road starting at 9:22 a.m. One person had climbed out onto the roof to escape the flames inside the home between Lola Street and Whitton Place.
