Following Windows 11, AMD Ryzen getting performance-efficiency boost in Linux

AMD recently released chipset drivers for Windows which are optimized for Ryzen 7000X3D chips and boost performance-per-watt. A new CPPC patch reveals power efficiency gains are also coming to Linux.
