Four arrested in KZN in connection with kidnappings of Bangladeshi shop owners

Four men have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of Bangladeshi shop owners, and demanding over a R1 million in ransom for their release, in Margate and Hibberdene on KwaZulu-Natal’s south coast.
