Four unruly passengers on 'no-fly' list after they refuse to wear masks after repeated requests

This action means that passengers can't take the new rules lightly. However, the DGCA says that under exceptional circumstances crew can allow the passengers to travel without the masks.

Four days after India's aviation safety regulator Directorate General of Civil Aviation DGCA directed airlines & airport operators to ensure that all passengers strictly follow COVID-19 protocols, four 'unruly' passengers have been put on the no-fly list.
Sources have told Times Now that four passengers while travelling via Alliance Air flight 9I614 from Jammu to Delhi on March 16, did not wear the masks. As per the information provided via Alliance Air to DGCA, the airline's crew asked them to wear the mask but despite repeated requests, they did not follow the protocol.
