Garda colleagues pay tribute to young recruit shot dead by IRA during Don Tidey kidnap rescue

Friends and colleagues of a young garda who was murdered by an IRA gang during the rescue of Don Tidey in Co Leitrim 40 years ago attended a special service of remembrance in his hometown of Carrickmacross.
