Gardaí issue Easter Bank Holiday road safety appeal as Cavan motorist is arrested high on cocktail of drugs

Gardaí have issued an appeal for road users to refrain from driving under the influence of drink or drugs ahead of the Easter Bank Holiday weekend after a Cavan motorist was caught at the wheel whilst high on cocktail of illicit substances.
