Gatineau, Chelsea ready to take NCC to court in property tax dispute

The municipalities of Chelsea and Gatineau, Que., are ready to team up in court to seek payment in lieu of taxes from the National Capital Commission over Gatineau Park, as part of a saga that has lasted three years.
