REPORTS, HE PLANS TO WIN ON POLICY. ADAM: RICH JARRARD HAS WEATHERED THE STORMS OF MANCHESTER CITY POLITICS AND NOW HE IS NAVIGATING INTO THE 2021 RACE OF MAYORS QUEEN CITY. HE RAN FOR MAYOR A FEW YEARS AGO. RICH: I AM A LITTLE BIT OLDER, A LITTLE BIT WISER, I HAVE MORE LIFE EXPERIENCE TO BRING TO BEAR ON THE ISSUES THAT ARE FACING THE CITY. >> HE SAYS A TOP PRIORITY IS BRINGING MANCHESTER OUT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ON A STRONG FOOTING. HE IS ALSO CONCERNED ABOUT PROPERTY TAXES AND WANTS TO PRIORITIZE THOSE THINGS. RICH: WE WILL SEE SOME THINGS THAT SYSTEMATICALLY CHANGES HOW THE CITY APPROACHES THOSE ISSUES. ADAM: IN THE STYLE OF MANCHESTER CITY POLITICS, HE DOES NOT SHY AWAY FROM A FIGHT. >> THINGS HAVE DECLINED TO APPOINT IN THE CITY WHERE SOMEONE LIKE ME, WHO IS KNOWN TO DO THEIR HOMEWORK ON THE ISSUES, WHO IS KNOWN TO TAKE A STAND ON ISSUES WHEN IS ABSOLUTELY WILLING TO OR IS NOT AFRAID TO GET THEIR HANDS DIRTY MAKING THE CHANGES.
