Government leaders say Niall Collins should have recused himself from meeting about land later sold to his wife

Fianna Fáil minister of state Niall Collins should have recused himself from a local authority meeting where councillors discussed selling land which was ultimately bought by his wife, Tánaiste Micheál Martin has said.
