Whenever someone comes into a new position, there is usually a learning curve.
We donât expect Monsignor Larry Kulick will have that with his new role.
Earlier this month, Pope Francis named him the new bishop of the Greensburg Diocese.
He already knows the mechanics of the office.
He has been the diocesan administrator since September, when Bishop Edward Malesic became the bishop of Cleveland.
He spent previous years as the dioceseâs vicar general.
But he knows more than that. This is about more than just the work â the important work â of the office or the honor of wearing the bishopâs miter.
