Cornwall’s skyward housing prices may be confirming the age-old saying: what goes up, must come down, according to a local real estate salesman.
March’s continuation of the month-over-month gains seen almost continuously throughout 2020-21 seemed to cement the idea the City of Cornwall was in for huge change. While that change has happened, there are new signs it may not continue.
