Hope Capital has launched the LIONS Fast Track Bridge to provide brokers and borrowers with faster bridging loans.
The offering provides borrowers with interest rates from 0.54% up to 65% loan-to-value (LTV), with a loan on properties worth up to £500,000.
It will be available throughout England and Wales for a maximum loan period of 12 months on residential property.
