Husband and wife filmed smashing glass doors at Hyatt Regency hotel are cleared of criminal damage

Married couple Emma and James Sweeney were accused of assault and criminal damage after the incident at the four-star hotel in Birmingham last September but the case collapsed on Tuesday.
