I-229 reopens after bridge rehabilitation and routine maintenance

(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) Interstate 229 has reopened to all traffic, both directions, between U.S. Route 36 and Highland Avenue after a bridge rehabilitation project and routine maintenance.
