[WIN10] Accessibility settings - wish to enlarge mouse-pointer Not Cursor? - Microsoft

Forum discussion: For some reason, Microsoft bundles the size of the mouse-pointer along with the cursor-size. But I only want the mouse-pointer to be size 2. Whereas I want the cursor to remain size 1. Is that possible to achieve? Thanks.
