India-EU hold 2nd maritime security dialogue; both commit to free, rules-based Indo-Pacific

India and the European Union on Tuesday held their second maritime security dialogue in a virtual format, during which both sides committed to a free, open, inclusive and rules-based maritime order in the Indo-Pacific region.
