Jeffco Planning asks Hilltop Drive developer for a variety of changes

The ball is now in the developer’s court after Jefferson County Planning & Zoning has responded to a proposal to put 47 townhomes on the east end of Hilltop Drive that neighbors have been trying to stop because of safety concerns.
