Joshua Duggar, a star from the television show "19 Kids and Counting," is in jail waiting for a hearing to decide whether he can be released on bail.Duggar pleaded not guilty in federal court Friday to charges of receipt and possession of child pornographyA federal indictment obtained by 40/29 News accuses Duggar of knowingly receiving child pornography and possessing it in May 2019. It includes images of minors under the age of 12.Judge Erin Wiedemann set a bond hearing the afternoon of Wednesday, May 5, 2021."Given the nature of the charges against him the court would likely require a third-party custodian that could live with him and would ensure compliance with the conditions of bond," she warned.She also said Duggar would not be allowed to have minors around him if he were released.Duggar, 33, is being held in the Washington County Detention Center for the Department of Homeland Security. He was arrested in Springdale Thursday. Joshua Duggar is the oldest of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's 19 children.The two released a statement Friday afternoon:“We appreciate your continued prayers for our family at this time. Duggar went into what his family called "long-term rehab."
