Judge sets bond for suspected Gulf Shores shooter at nearly $1.1 million

Rafiq Sh’mare Joel Bradley, 21, of Fairhope is accused of firing a gun within a heavily populated area of Gulf Shores Monday. Video of the shooting has been widely distributed through social media.
