Kauai police: Wanted homicide suspect Chris Santos in custody

Chris Santos, of Kauai, was wanted since Sept. 8, after the fatal shooting of Kith Silva-Lacro, 28, of Kalaheo a day earlier on Kahili Mountain Road.
