Kazakhstan ratifies Third Protocol to Convention on the Rights of the Child

ASTANA. Dec 20 (Interfax) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed into law a bill ratifying the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a communications procedure.
