Were seeing what we call unwinding of carry trades. The currencies like the eros and yen are spiking and people are extremely bullish on the dollar. They bought the dollar and assets with higher yields but Market Players think the fed may not raise the key Interest Rate in september so dealers are buying back lowyielding currencies. The dollar is going up from 116 yen but at a low level around 118. 86. Meanwhile, the eros dollar around 1. 1579.
