Kerala High Court directs State to pass order in 3 months to regulate sex-selective surgeries on infants, children

The Kerala High Court passed the order while considering a plea filed by a couple to permit genital reconstructive surgery for raising their child, who was born with ‘ambiguous genitalia’, as female.
