Key witness in Chesterfield crash in which Royal Oak man died does not show for hearing

Tyler Emard was a passenger in the black Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Shane Flaherty that struck Bradley Beaubien about 11:45 p.m. Aug. 29 on Cotton Road near Waterside Drive, just northwest of the Interstate 94 overpass, prosecutors said.
