Khmer Rouge leader to continue sentence in another jail

THE Extraor­di­n­a­­ry Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) has transferred former Khmer Rouge head of state Khieu Samphan to Kandal Provincial Prison to continue serving his life sentence.
