The under seven may not get off the ground. We are convinced without this, which has been in place for over a decade, these projects will not go forward at all. Focus on the westbound 80 down to richmond and this is a pretty easy drive this morning. Thats reflected in the drive times, and traffic having no problems getting over to the bay bridge toll plaza.
