Land reform needs policy to match warm words

Last week Scotland's perennial ‘land question’ snapped back into focus when the Scottish Government launched ’Land Reform in a Net Zero Nation’, its public consultation paper on a new Land Reform Bill. The consultation is an important opportunity to inform the Bill’s content before it is introduced to the Scottish Parliament next year.
